What we collect

We collect the contact and order information required to answer a request, process payment and deliver the analysis. Business files are requested only after Stripe has genuinely confirmed the payment.

Purpose and access

Uploaded files are used solely to perform the analysis requested by the customer. Access is restricted to authorised people and services involved in that delivery.

Transfer, storage and delivery

Files are transferred over encrypted connections to private storage. Temporary access mechanisms are used for upload and report delivery. Datalix does not validate a payment from the success page alone; the signed Stripe webhook is authoritative.

Retention and deletion

Operational retention periods are configured for drafts, source files, reports and access links. A customer may also contact Datalix to exercise applicable rights or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.
